At Qolor eSports, we reward dedication, strategy, and competitive skill. This Reward and Redemption Policy explains the structure of our in-app currencies, redemption eligibility, and processing guidelines to maintain a fair, transparent environment for all players.
1. Currency Types & Usage
To distinguish between tournament entry mechanics and redeemable prize balances, Qolor eSports operates with two separate in-platform currencies:
- Wallet Balance (Reward Points): This balance represents your verified tournament winnings and leaderboard achievements. Only your Wallet Balance is eligible for redemption into digital gift cards, platform vouchers, and game top-up codes.
- Diamonds (Tournament Credits): Diamonds are strictly promotional in-app utility credits. Diamonds are used solely to pay match entry fees and unlock tournament slots. Diamonds cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, refunded, or exchanged for real-world value or gift cards under any circumstances.
2. Redemption Eligibility
- Minimum Threshold: Users may request a reward redemption only after reaching the minimum required Wallet Balance threshold displayed in the rewards portal.
- Account Verification: You must maintain an active, fully verified account with a valid registered email address to receive digital gift codes.
- One Account Per Player: Multiple accounts, farming practices, or attempts to pool balances across accounts are strictly prohibited.
3. Fulfillment & Processing Times
- Delivery Method: Approved rewards are issued digitally in the form of voucher codes, gift card credentials, or in-game credits delivered directly to your registered account details or email.
- Processing Window: Redemptions undergo automated validation and are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. During high-volume periods or manual review checks, processing may take up to 72 hours.
4. Fair Play & Forfeiture
Integrity is the core pillar of Qolor eSports. Every tournament outcome is cross-checked through score reporting and anti-cheat validation. We reserve the right to withhold rewards, reset balances, or permanently terminate accounts if we detect:
- Hacking, scripting, emulator abuse (where restricted), or exploiting gameplay bugs.
- Collusion, teaming in solo brackets, or match-fixing.
- Submitting fraudulent, altered, or falsified match-result screenshots.
5. Policy Modifications
Qolor eSports reserves the right to modify entry fees, reward values, and supported redemption gift card brands at its discretion to ensure platform sustainability and regulatory compliance. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all updated terms.
